So Easy, It’s Magic
1. Fill It
Add your favorite liquid up to the max fill indicator, then top it off with up to 2 tablespoons (or 30 grams) of powder ingredients. 

2. Whisk it.
Screw on the lid. For cold beverages, close the flip cap. For hot beverages, leave the flip cap open. Press the power button once for Everyday Mode, ideal for thinner drinks, or twice for Thick Mix Mode at full power. For hot beverages, leave the flip cap open.

3. Drink it. 
In just 20 seconds, your drink is ready. Flip the cap open, sip, and enjoy. (Careful—hot beverages may be very hot!)

NOTE: Each of our Elixir Mixers perform beautifully. Everyday Mode (one click) is more sensitive to thicker blends and may signal with two red blinks. This is not a charging issue but a built-in safety feature. Simply double click to engage Thick Mix Mode at full power. Works perfectly for every drink in Thick Mix Mode, and in Everyday Mode for thinner drinks.

QUICK CLEAN
Fill your Elixir Mixer with water and a drop of dish soap. Seal the lid, close the flip cap, and run a whisk cycle. Discard the soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

DEEP CLEAN
Remove the lid and place the rest of the parts on the top rack of your dishwasher. Run a normal dishwasher cycle. Hand Wash the lid separately before reassembling.

The silicone sleeve protects against everyday bumps, but glass is still glass. If yours breaks within 365 days, the replacement glass is on us (you just cover shipping). Replacement parts are always available after that too.
Mix your drink first, then add ice after for the smoothest result. The whisk is made for powders and liquids, so it won’t crush solids. For fruit flavor, try juice, purées, or freeze-dried fruit powders, which mix in beautifully.
Not at all. Our patented insulated motor is built to run quietly, so you could whisk up your drink in the middle of a yoga class or at your desk in the office and no one would even know.
Yes! The 12.5oz Elixir Mixer 2 fits all standard U.S. car cup holders. The 24oz size is slightly wider and fits most larger cup holders like those found in SUVs.
The Elixir Mixer 2 battery lasts up to 80 blends per charge on standard use. This is based on 15g servings mixed in Everyday Mode (one press, 20 seconds).

Larger servings make the motor work harder and Thick Mix Mode (two presses, 40 seconds) runs twice as long, so if you mostly make bigger or thicker drinks, you’ll get fewer blends per charge.

When the light shows red during mixing and blinks red 5 times after, it’s time to plug in.

Your mixer has a rechargeable battery, which, like all rechargeable batteries, will naturally hold a little less charge over time with regular use.
