You are responsible for the shipping fees for the return, which will be deducted from your refund as a handling fee. This fee may vary based on the size and weight of your return.
Purchases must be made directly from drinkvisp.com. If you purchased your item through another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. Items sent back to Visp without first initiating a return through the proper process will not be accepted.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- All parts of the product (including the charger) must be returned.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require an additional 3-5 business days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
If your item is damaged during transport or if you received a faulty unit, please contact us at hello@drinkvisp.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges or refunds for items that arrived damaged cannot be processed without a photo documenting the damage.
- We do not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss/theft of the product.
