It entirely automates the process of mixing a diverse range of hot and cold functional beverages and is portable, leakproof, and lightweight. Elixir Mixer

The Elixir Mixer is easy to use!

1. Fill it.
Add liquids up to the sleeve window / max fill indicator. Then add up to 2 tbsp or 30 grams of desired powdered ingredients.

2. Whisk it.
Screw on the lid. For cold beverages, close the flip cap. For hot beverages, leave the flip cap open. Press the power button and whisk away! For more powerful whisking, press the power button a second time. To cancel amixing cycle, press the power button a third time.

If you added more than 2 tbsp or 30g of powdered ingredients, your drink may require an additional mix.

Do not use your Elixir Mixer for more than 24 consecutive cycles without a break as it may impact the life of the battery.

3. Drink it.
In 15 seconds, your beverage will be ready. Pop open the flip cap, sip and enjoy. Use caution with hot beverages.

QUICK CLEAN
Add water and dish soap to your Elixir Mixer. Screw on the lid, close the flip cap, and run a cycle. Discard soapy water and rinse.

DEEP CLEAN
Place everything but the lid on the top rack of the dishwasher. Run the dishwasher with a normal cycle. Hand wash the lid separately.

To detach the whisk from the lid, grasp the plastic whisk joint and pull to disconnect. Never yank the whisk head to detach. Handle with care.

The Elixir Mixer can be stored in a cupboard like any other bottle. We recommend storing it with the lid loose rather than tightly closed.

Take the lid off your bottle and gently open the silicone USB-C cover. Then with your Visp charging cable, plug the USB-C connector into the lid. Plug the USB connector into a compatible USB wall charger or laptop USB socket until the battery is fully charged. A full charge takes about 1 hour. The power button will shine a steady white light when ready.

It is recommended that you only use the charging cord provided by Visp to charge your Elixir Mixer. Do NOT use or drink out of the product while it is charging.

To check battery life status, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. A blinking white light indicates your Elixir Mixer is above 25% battery. A blinking red light indicates your Elixir Mixer is below 25% battery.

Your Elixir Mixer’s rechargeable battery can get up to 55 mixes from just 1 hour of charging when used on speed 1. If you use speed 2 or mix denser powders, you may need to recharge it sooner. Like all rechargeable batteries, the battery may wear out over time and with regular use.

The LED light will turn on to indicate

the product is in use.

Normal Mode: Breathing white light

Low Power Mode: Breathing red light

Do NOT use your Elixir Mixer with ice or large solids in the bottle.

Do NOT use your Elixir Mixer with carbonated beverages or viscous, expanding mixtures such as pancake batter.

For iced beverages, only add ice after mixing is complete. We reccomend removing your whisk for extra space. Do NOT use your Elixir Mixer with ice or any large solid ingredients such as fruit.

Yes, you can whisk hot liquids up to 176*F in your Elixir Mixer. For hot drinks, whisk/operate the product with the flip cap open.

Do NOT pour boiling liquids into your Elixir Mixer.

No the Elixir Mixer does not have heating or steaming capabilities. If a hot drink (up to 176*F) is desired you need to warm the liquids before you add them to your Elixir Mixer.

Do NOT whisk hot beverages (up to 176F) or ingredients that may cause pressure with the flip cap closed. The flip cap must be open when preparing hot beverages. Failure to open the flip cap can cause the bottle to burst, resulting in possible injury. Failure to open the flip cap may also impact the longevity of the motor.

Our insulated silicone sleeve minimizes condensation and heat transfer. Our revolutionary insulation ridges on the inside of the sleeve are designed to prevent heat transfer to your hands so you can comfortably enjoy your drink on the go for drinks up to 176*F.

The Elixir Mixer may be refrigerated.

Do NOT put the Elixir Mixer in the freezer.

The Elixir Mixer sleeve, bottle, and whisk are dishwasher safe. The Elixir Mixer lid is NOT dishwasher safe and should be washed by hand.

The Elixir Mixer sleeve and bottle may be microwaved for less than 1 minute. The Elixir Mixer whisk and lid are NOT microwave safe.

WARNING: Do NOT put your whisk or lid in the microwave.

Yes, you can bring your empty Elixir Mixer with you through airport security. We do it all the time :)

Visp is currently only available in the United States.

All Visp orders include free economy shipping! If expedited shipping is preferred, if available it will appear as an option for an extra fee at check out. All expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. For more information on shipping, please click here.

Once your order is successfully submitted, it will be shared with the Visp warehouse for processing. We try to process orders within 24 hours, but it can take up to 48 hours. During times of sale, it may take us up to 5 days to ship your order. Black Friday / Cyber Monday 2024: Orders may take until December 7th to be processed. 

Orders placed with our free shipping usually take 5-10 business days to arrive. AK & HI Residents: Free shipping may take an additional 5 business days

Please note that some shippers do not deliver on Saturday and may experience delays due to weather, staffing, and other factors beyond our control.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@drinkvisp.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be updated for anything except future orders.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to make sure all Visp customers are 100% satisfied.

RETURNS

To start a return, please email hello@drinkvisp.com with the subject line RETURN and your order number. Purchases must be made directly from drinkvisp.com If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.

Items sent back to Visp without first requesting a return through the above process will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) Please contact hello@drinkvisp.com if the refund does not appear within 20 days. 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If an item is damaged during transport or if you received a faulty unit, please contact us at hello@drinkvisp.com within 30 days of delivery for information about an exchange. Exchanges or refunds for items that arrived damaged cannot be processed without a photo to document the damage. We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. We do not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss/theft of the product.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, email hello@drinkvisp.com with the subject line RETURN and your order number. A team member will contact you with instructions on how to return your product. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

It is highly recommended for you to use trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

A quick easy fix if your Elixir Mixer whisk is not spinning is to give it a deep clean. Sometimes product build up jams the motor. Detach the whisk from the lid and clean all parts separately.

If it has been less than 30 days since you received your order, we can replace the entire product.

If it has been more than 30 days but less than 1 year since you received your order we can replace the lid with the electronics complimentary.
