We currently are only available to US based customers. If expedited shipping is preferred, if available it will appear as an option for an extra fee at check out. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am EST Monday-Friday, on the weekend, and holidays usually ship the next business day. Orders placed with our flat rate shipping may take up to 10 business days to arrive. During times of high volume such as sales or holidays it may take longer for us to process or ship your order.

RETURN POLICY (30-Day Guarantee)
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made on drinkvisp.com. If you purchased your item from a different retailer or website, their return policy may vary. We recommend reaching out to the place of purchase for assistance with your return.
EXCEPTIONS / UNRETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items discounted beyond 25% are considered final sale and are non-returnable. This includes any special sale events where discounts exceed this threshold.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
RETURNS

You are responsible for the shipping fees for the return, which will be deducted from your refund as a handling fee. This fee may vary based on the size and weight of your return.
Purchases must be made directly from drinkvisp.com. If you purchased your item through another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. Items sent back to Visp without first initiating a return through the proper process will not be accepted.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- All parts of the product (including the charger) must be returned.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require an additional 3-5 business days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A handling fee of $15 to $25 will also be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 20 days of approval, please contact us at hello@drinkvisp.com.
EXCHANGES
If your item is damaged during transport or if you received a faulty unit, please contact us at hello@drinkvisp.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges or refunds for items that arrived damaged cannot be processed without a photo documenting the damage.
- We do not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss/theft of the product.
